2-alarm fire breaks out at Williamsburg bakery

A two-alarm fire broke out at a bakery in Williamsburg Tuesday.

It happened inside of a newly renovated commercial building on Broadway and Hewes Street around 4 a.m.

Fire officials say it was difficult to put the fire out because the building was located close to elevated train tracks.

Officials say train service in the area was not interrupted as a result of the fire and ran as normal.

More than 100 firefighters responded to the blaze, and officials say the fire may have started in the attic.

No one was hurt, officials say.
