East Flatbush man indicted in body disposal case
An East Flatbush man accused of killing his girlfriend and cutting up the body has been indicted.
Prosecutors say Somorie Moses is charged with second-degree murder and concealing a corpse in connection with the death of Leondra Foster, who lived with him.
Moses was held without bail.
As News 12 has reported, some of Foster's body parts were found last month in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. More parts, including her head, were found in the freezer of the apartment shared by Foster and Moses.
If convicted, Moses faces up to 25 years to life in prison.
