March comes in with warm temps, possible rain

The first day of March brought warm temperatures and the possibility of heavy rain to Brooklyn.



The waterfront promenade near Caesar's Bay Shopping Mall in Bath Beach, usually packed on a warm day, saw few people enjoying the gentle ocean breeze.



Although the day started nice, storms were expected to bring heavy downpours sometime on Wednesday, which likely kept most crowds indoors.



The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for the entire city through Thursday evening.
