Gov. Cuomo launches underage drinking crackdown campaign

Gov. Cuomo is launching a new campaign to stop underage drinking. 



Under the guidance of law enforcement officials, the program will work ewith young people who are acting as decoys to buy alcohol at bars, restaurants and liquor stores in New York.



The plan also includes random sweeps of bars and searching for teens with fake ID's. 



A similar program in 2016 confiscated 862 fake IDs.
