BK Heights restaurant without power after water main break

Crews are continuing efforts to restore power to a Brooklyn Heights restaurant left in the dark since Thursday's water main break.

Authorities say crews are working to restore power to 162 Montague St. including Jerry Shen's Chinese take-out restaurant.

As News 12 reported, some of the flooding caused by the water main break damaged electrical equipment at the restaurant.

Con Ed says it had to wait for a private electrician to fix that equipment before its workers could come in and restore power.
