The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Brooklyn beginning at 10 p.m. Thursday.

The weather advisory will remain in effect through 2 p.m. Friday.

Rain showers move in tonight. The rain will change over to an ice-snow mix in the early hours of Friday.

About an inch and a half of snow is expected across most neighborhoods in the borough, but some neighborhoods could see up to 3 inches , according to News 12 Meteorologist Mike Favetta.
