Police seek suspect in Brooklyn bodega robberies

(08/31/12)  - Police are looking for help catching a robbery suspect they say is responsible for at least two incidents in Brooklyn.

Police say a man tried to hold up Bona Fide Deli in Carroll Gardens on August 23 around 9:30 p.m. but fled the scene. He left without any money. The attempted robbery was captured on surveillance camera.

The man then went to a second location in Bay Ridge and did make away with some cash.

The suspect is described as a 20 to 25-year-old man approximately 5'8", weighing between 200 and 225 pounds.

Anyone with information on either of the incidents is asked to call Crime Stoppers at .
