Several Bushwick residents are rattled this morning following a construction scare that forced them to evacuate their homes.Officials evacuated two Melrose Street buildings today after they began to shake. Fire officials say they think construction work caused the buildings to become unstable.The Department of Buildings will investigate to determine whether it's safe for residents to return to 418 and 420 Melrose Street.
