Brooklyn NYPD officer pleads not guilty to rape charges
A Brooklyn NYPD officer has pleaded not guilty to charges that he allegedly raped his ex-girlfriend in Staten Island.
Officer Arthur Roldan, 28, allegedly sexually assaulted his ex-girlfriend at gunpoint when he was off-duty. He was arrested this morning and charged with rape, menacing, and assault.
Roldan is a six-year veteran of the force and has been suspended without pay.
