Police say 35 people have been arrested in a massive East Harlem drug ring, including suspects from Brooklyn.
Prosecutors say the operation specialized in PCP and once used an 8-year-old boy as a lookout.
According to the indictment, the suspects once sold the powerful street drug to a Bronx woman, who fatally burned herself while smoking it.
Authorities estimate the ring had been making $1 million a year.
