Two Brooklyn baristas are shifting their grind in search of glory this weekend at a competition for "coffee bartenders."
Justin Scholz, of Bushwick, and Rose Emma Lumberton, of Gowanus, say they honed their craft in Brooklyn after much trial and error.
The baristas say their profession is booming in Brooklyn and hope to make their colleagues proud.
