Tax season is once again upon us, and the IRS is warning about tax scams to avoid.
Topping the list of tax season dangers is identity theft - scammers may try to steal information to file fraudulent returns and claim refunds.
The IRS advises looking out for unsolicited emails, sketchy websites and being careful with who has access to personal information, including tax preparers.
