City employee's alleged angry fit puts him behind bars
A city correction officer's alleged angry fit has put him behind bars.
Police report that John Arungwa became irate after finding out he was going to get a summons for his expired car inspection.
They say that when he moved his car, Arungwa accidentally hit the police officer.
The officer had minor scrapes and back pain, and was treated and released from Jamaica Hospital.
Arungwa now faces assault charges.
