A pair of Occupy Wall Street protesters are suing the city, claiming a police inspector caused injury when he pepper-sprayed them during a demonstration. The lawsuit says that the officer sprayed the women on Sept. 24 during a rally in Manhattan, and that city officials failed to properly train police. Officials with the New York City Law Department say they have yet to see the case.
