Man killed by train in Williamsburg during brawl

A 20-year-old man has died after being hit by an L train during a struggle at the Bedford Avenue station in Williamsburg last night, and now police are calling it a homicide.

Police say when the victim, Joshua Basin, of Howard Beach, and another man in his 30s got off the train, the two got into a fight and fell onto the tracks. The other man was able to escape, but Basin was struck by an oncoming train.

Basin was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators are searching for the man involved in the deadly incident.
