Police: 2 arrested in BK counterfeit stamp bust

State police have arrested two men following a counterfeit bust in Brooklyn.

According to authorities, Mohammad Islam and Abhijit Das were found with more than 100,000 counterfeit tax stamps following raids at a deli on Fulton Avenue and at a convenience store on Myrtle Avenue.

Officials say the stamps are worth about $500,000 on the black market. They say more than 2,000 cartons of untaxed cigarettes and cash were also seized.
