Sales tax relief on the way for BK shoppers

Starting April 1, clothes and shoe shopping will be a little easier on the wallet for Brooklyn residents. All clothes, shoes and accessory purchases under $110 will be free of city and state sales taxes.

Sales tax relief on the way for BK shoppers
Starting April 1, clothes and shoe shopping will be a little easier on the wallet for Brooklyn residents.
All clothes, shoes and accessory purchases under $110 will be free of city and state sales taxes. Including items purchased online or by phone.
Both residents and businesses are excited for the tax relief saying it will save people money and help spur the economy.
