Event offers easy way to rid cabinets of unwanted prescriptions
Always wondering what to do with your expired or unwanted prescriptions? Well, now thanks to a national event there's a way to rid your cabinets of the clutter.
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will be hosting its fourth Take-Back Day event tomorrow for people who are looking to discard their unwanted prescriptions. The DEA says the event is important because it helps rid homes of drugs that can eventually lead to abuse.
Go to the DEA's website, click on "Got Drugs?" and enter a zip code to locate one of tomorrow's 5,000 free, anonymous drug collection sites.
