A new bar is scheduled to open in Park Slope, taking the place of a popular Italian eatery. Pork Slope will replace Aunt Suzie's, which catered to the neighborhood for 25 years. Located on 5th Avenue, the restaurant will feature a casual bar and table seating, as well as rib sandwiches and other snacks. Some residents say they are excited about the area's business improvement and are confident the place will thrive. One of the three owners says he expects to open by June.
