Brooklyn's City Council is pushing the Department of Transportation to fix the borough's potholes sooner than later.
News 12 Brooklyn found craters all across Brooklyn. According to the mayor's management report, it normally takes about a week to fill each pothole. But considering the mild winter, the City Council wants the DOT to look into why it still takes such a long time to repair them.
Councilman David Greenfield says the DOT should have ample resources to bring local streets up to acceptable levels.
