A man has filed a $1 million lawsuit against Kings County Hospital, claiming staff there tried to force someone else's dentures into his mouth. Anthony Franco says he went to the hospital to get an imprint for his dentures. When he returned to pick them up, he says they did not fit. After trying to force the wrong dentures into his mouth, Franco says dentists at the hospital admitted there was a mix-up. He says when he returned nearly two weeks later to pick up a replacement set, it didn't fit either. Franco says he can't eat and the teeth he's wearing now are "just for show." His lawyer says the $1 million suit is to cover Franco's pain and suffering.The hospital has not yet responded to a request for comment.
