Police: Man in custody for Dyker Heights sex assault
Police say a man is in custody in connection with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl in Dyker Heights.
According to authorities, the suspect approached the victim from behind and assaulted her during rush hour last month at the Fort Hamilton 'N' subway station.
Investigators say they released a picture of the suspect last night, which led them to the man they are now questioning.
