Lawyer appointed for man accused in cold case murder

The man accused of killing a teen in 1987 has been appointed a new lawyer.

Edwin Alcaide, 53, is accused of killing 19-year-old Lissette Torres on New Year's Day 1987 in Sunset Park.

Police say DNA evidence was used to connect Alcaide to the 25-year-old cold case.
