Park Slope company unveils traffic app for Barclays visitors
In the coming months, the Barclays Center is going to play host to many big events, including Brooklyn Nets games and concerts. To help visitors with getting to and from the arena, a local company has developed an app to bring users traffic information.
The Park Slope-based company Roadify has partnered with the Barclays Center to bring real-time traffic and transit updates to arena visitors via their app. Scott Kolber, the app's creator, says the app could help lessen congestion in the neighborhoods around the arena if people are well-informed about transportation options.
