Paperweight sparks evacuation at JFK Airport
(AP) - Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy Airport was briefly evacuated after a paperweight sparked a bomb scare. A Port Authority spokesman says the all clear was given at about 5 p.m. Thursday. He says the terminal was evacuated after a passenger came through customs with an inert grenade-like item, also described as a paperweight. Once authorities determined that it was inert, passengers were allowed back into the terminal.
