Protesters call for NYPD reforms outside City Hall
More than 100 protesters rallied at City Hall today to call for the end of the NYPD's "stop-and-frisk" policy.
The protest may bring about changes as some City Council members from Brooklyn are introducing a new bill that would bring an end to the controversial policy.
A City Council meeting to discuss the bill will be held Oct. 10.
