Brooklyn construction worker Winston Gellett was laid to rest this afternoon after being killed during a building collapse on Sept. 10.Officials from The Department of Buildings (DOB) says that Gellett and another worker, who was injured, were loading concrete blocks onto the top floor when the collapse took place. DOB officials are now investigating the cause of the collapse.The family is planning on suing the company Gillett worked for, but is waiting for the results of the DOB investigation.
