Just over a week after a tornado touched down in Brooklyn, the borough had to brace for another round of possible tornadic weather.
The storm didn't produce another tornado, but did whip the borough with strong winds and heavy rains.
Residents say that the storms weren't as bad as they expected them to be.
While the possibility of a tornado is gone, strong winds and heavy rains are expected to continue overnight and may lead to more trees brought down as well as power outages.
