Jets dominate Bills in season opener

The New York Jets eased a lot of preseason concern on Sunday, taking out the Buffalo Bills in one of the most anticipated season openers in recent memory.
Quarterback Mark Sanchez fit in perfectly. He found rookie Stephen Hill for a 33-yard score in the second quarter, putting the Jets at a 14-0 lead.
A dominating defense and a little help from Tim Tebow also contributed to the team's 48-28 win over their AFC East rivals.
