The storm has already left its impact on Emmons Avenue and East 26th Street in Sheepshead Bay.
Emmons Avenue is currently closed due to flooding caused by rising tides.
Police are not allowing any traffic to pass on Emmons Avenue, all the way down to Manhattan Beach, which is also experiencing flooding.
Residents are still walking around outside enjoying the weather, even though there is a storm.
The storm is expected to get worse.
