Bedford Academy to host 1st basketball showcase

Bedford Academy High School is set to host its first-ever basketball showcase.

The Pathfinders Tournament will put seven teams up against each other, but the real focus is off the court and in the classroom.

In order to participate, every student athlete must attend a seminar before the tournament. Head coach Rob Phelps says he hopes the academic-based showcase will help prepare players for their futures.

The tournament will be held Nov. 24.
