Nearly a dozen people have been charged following a massive illegal firearms bust in Brooklyn.
According to authorities, 11 people were indicted on weapons charges for allegedly selling illegal guns to undercover officers. They say six of the guns were used to commit crimes in New York City, including one murder.
The Kings County District Attorney's Office says more than 150 firearms were taken off the streets of Flatbush, Crown Heights and Bushwick during the sting, which was a result of three separate undercover operations dating back to last year.
Investigators have also traced the firearms back to 10 different states and say that at least 14 were reported stolen.
