Alleged bank robber caught minutes after crime
An alleged bank robber was caught in Brooklyn just minutes after the crime Wednesday.
According to police, the suspect was seen running down the street with a ski mask and gloves after leaving the Dime Savings Bank on 13th Avenue near 50th Street.
Councilman David Greenfield (D-Brooklyn) says the Borough Park Shomrim and the NYPD were alerted, and they chased the suspect down.
Greenfield says it was the man's second day in a row hitting the same bank.
