Brooklyn redoing takes focus of new documentary

Rezoning, rebuilding and redoing are the themes of a new Brooklyn-based documentary.
'My Brooklyn' highlights changes that have been made throughout the borough over time, including what director Kelly Anderson calls the gentrification of Brooklyn.
Anderson said she wanted to showcase how large condos and chain companies are taking over more affordable housing and small businesses, such as the Fulton Mall. She hopes the film will encourage residents to take a stand for the changes they want.
