A missing Kensington teenager has made a safe return home. Tzvi Stolzenberg was found on Dekalb Avenue after disappearing last Wednesday night. The NYPD and hundreds of volunteers had joined together

Missing Kensington teen makes safe return home
A missing Kensington teenager has made a safe return home.
Tzvi Stolzenberg was found on Dekalb Avenue after disappearing last Wednesday night. The NYPD and hundreds of volunteers had joined together in a massive search for the 17-year-old.
Family members say Stolzenberg has mental health issues and had not had his medication.
