Pop-up disaster site lends help to DUMBO
A disaster assistance pop-up site lent a hand to Sandy victims in the low-lying DUMBO neighborhood.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) teamed up so that residents and business owners could directly apply for disaster aid, and recover at least some of what they've lost.
An estimated $50 billion in damage has been caused along the East Coast by the superstorm, making it the second most expensive hurricane in U.S. history.
