If having no power for two weeks wasn't enough for one Manhattan Beach building, now a horrible stench is leaving tenants gasping for air.

Residents at 301 Oriental Blvd. building say that barrels of oil in the basement mixed with the flooding waters from Sandy, and created an odor that is making some tenants pack their bags and head to a hotel.

News 12 Brooklyn spoke to the landlord's representative and was told that crews are trying to clean out the basement, restore power, and fix the situation.
