The fuel shortage has drivers waiting for hours at gas stations and cab drivers say they want an express lane to fill up quicker.
The head of the taxi drivers' union says he wants gas stations to have an express lane for cab drivers. Cab drivers say the long wait for gas has taken a toll on their income.
