Superstorm Sandy has prompted the state Board of Elections to extend the deadline for absentee ballot applications and returns.
The original deadline to mail or fax applications was Tuesday, but the deadline has instead been moved until tomorrow, Nov. 2.
The deadline for the ballots to be returned has been moved up until Nov. 19, but the ballots must be post-marked by Monday.
