The man accused of killing a Nassau County police officer and a bystander from Brooklyn pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder yesterday.
Authorities say Darrell Fuller fatally shot officer Arthur Lopez and Brooklyn dad Raymond Facey last month during a routine traffic stop on the Queens/Long Island border.
Fuller is being held without bail.
