Kelly: Flooding may have compromised police evidence

Superstorm Sandy may have destroyed evidence stored at an NYPD facility in Greenpoint.

According to Commissioner Ray Kelly, flooding caused serious damage to a storage building, which housed DNA and other types of evidence.

Kelly says it's too soon to say whether any criminal cases will be compromised.
