‘Brisket King’ competition held in Fort Greene
Chefs battled it out Monday at the Iron Center in Fort Greene in hope of being crowned New York's fifth "Brisket King."
Twenty chefs from around the city, including Brooklyn, carved up their best beef breast dishes for a panel of judges and about 500 guests.
There are a variety of awards given out, including people's choice, best traditional, braised, and innovative briskets as well as an overall winner.
