Teen girl pleads guilty to McDonald's assault

A 15-year-old girl has pleaded guilty to assault after taking part in the beating of another teen girl in a Flatbush McDonald's.

The Daily News reports that the teenager's name is being withheld because of her age. She reportedly confessed to a misdemeanor charge, which carries up to a year behind bars for juveniles.

Police say six teenage girls have been arrested and charged in connection with the brutal attack, which was all caught on cellphone video.

The name of a second girl is not being released because she too is being charged as a minor. The others have been identified as 16-year-old Aniah Ferguson, 15-year-old Dahvina Gonzalez, 16-year-old Mercedes Wilkinson and 17-year-old Tilani Marshall.
