Word on the Street: Giving kids cellphones

A recent survey by VoucherCloud.net found that the majority of parents think the right age to get their child a cellphone is 6 years old.



It also found that the primary reason parents buy their children phones at such an early age is for security reasons, not to keep them entertained.
