Chinese community thriving in Brooklyn

A report by the city shows that Chinese immigrants have become the second largest foreign-born group in Brooklyn.
According to the report, the Chinese community in Brooklyn is growing and thriving every day.
"Overall, I think people are happy to have Asian neighbors," said Paul Mak, president of the Brooklyn Chinese American Association. "However, I think getting their voices heard within the public school system or even in the community board would go a long way."
Mak says that he'd like to see other diverse cultures in Brooklyn embrace the Chinese community more.
A 2013 city report shows that Bensonhurst has the most Chinese-born residents in the city.
