A woman is dead after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in East New York.
Police say 35-year-old Sidney Ramsarup was hit by a tan SUV near the intersection of East 108th Street and Glenwood Avenue Tuesday morning.
She was rushed to Brookdale Hospital with severe injuries to her body and later died.
The investigation is ongoing.
