Family IDs woman found beaten in Cypress Hills

A 39-year-old woman is still fighting for her life after being found beaten and bloodied on the street in Cypress Hills. 



A family member reached out to News 12 to identify the woman as Tanganeke Jackson, who is said to be in critical condition with bleeding in her brain. 



According to police, she was found face down and unconscious with cuts on her head, arms and other parts of her body Thursday morning at Van Sinderen and Liberty avenues. 



Authorities have not identified any suspects, and the investigation is ongoing.
