Brooklyn armed robbery spree continues
The man wanted for months in a string of armed robberies in Brooklyn has not yet slowed down.
The NYPD released new surveillance video of the suspect, who is now being connected to a total of 16 separate incidents dating back to Feb. 16. The latest video shows him riding a bike and holding up what appears to be a gun on June 13.
According to investigators, he either approaches his victims as they're entering their homes, or breaks in and confronts them there. In each case, he displays a black firearm and demands the victims' belongings.
The crimes have happened at different times of day, and the victims are both men and women who vary in age from 25 to 79 years old.
As News 12 previously reported, the suspect was caught on camera another time, allegedly using a victim's bank cards at an ATM. He's described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, about 190 pounds, and between 20 and 30 years old.
Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
