The world's oldest living person, an East New York woman, is celebrating her birthday Tuesday.
The Guinness Book of World Records recognized Susannah Jones, or "Miss Susie," who turned 116 this year.
Her family says that Jones has eaten bacon, eggs and grits for breakfast for nearly her entire life. But they attribute her longevity to her attitude.
"The fact that she gave so much to so many people, and everybody's trying to give it back to her -- it's the love that has kept her alive," says godson Carl Clay. "And her spirit."
