A Brooklyn man with dementia has gone missing, according to his family.

Yevgeniy Gilman, 74, was last seen Wednesday in East New York, driving away from his home in the Delmar Loop, according to his daughter, Inna Belopolsky.

Belopolsky says her father also has a heart condition and had no medications with him when he left.

Gilman was last seen wearing a blue shirt, jeans and white sneakers. He was driving his blue-gray Toyota Matrix. He is bald, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds.

Police say that missing persons can be reported via the regular Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS or by calling 911.
